Your mission
As a Corporate Branding Manager, you are the architect and the driving force behind strengthening and positioning our brand identity, both nationally and internationally. In this role, you work closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Managers, and various internal and external stakeholders. You ensure that our marketing and communication strategies are effectively translated into powerful brand initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
With your strategic vision, you develop and implement a consistent brand strategy that guarantees innovation and creativity in all our communications, thereby further enhancing brand perception. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you play a key role in shaping our image for today and the future.
Your areas of responsibilities
Strategic brand development:
- Develop and safeguard a consistent and future-oriented brand strategy that aligns seamlessly with business objectives
- Define and monitor brand guidelines, positioning, and messaging for both internal and external communication
- Set up a strategic vision for partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand value and awareness
- Ensure branding evolves alongside business needs, consumer behavior, and market trends to remain relevant and distinctive
Campaign and Communication management:
- Lead and coordinate integrated brand campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing Managers of specific business units
- Responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of branding and communication campaigns across all relevant channels
- Develop and manage innovative storytelling campaigns that enhance brand loyalty and engagement
- Oversee impactful communication across digital and traditional platforms
Stakeholder management & Cross-functional collaboration:
- Take the lead in liaising with the creative agency to develop innovative campaigns that align perfectly with business needs
- Act as the point of contact between Internal & External Communication, the in-house studio, and the Press Office to ensure a unified brand strategy
- Lead, inspire and guide the sponsorship expert and campaigners to ensure seamless integration into the overarching brand strategy
Market and Trend analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to continuously optimize brand strategy and activations
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks that influence brand perception and anticipate them effectively
- Drive decision-making using KPIs and campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with the market research team to leverage insights from research for strategic decisions
Budget management:
- Responsible for the branding, sponsorship, and communication budget, with a focus on optimal ROI and efficient spending
Your profile
- Master’s degree in business with at least 10 years of experience in branding, corporate branding, digital, and B2C content marketing
- Strong experience in media campaign coordination and data analysis
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in people management and coaching, always striving for performance and innovation
- Creative, communicative, proactive, and enthusiastic, with strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French
