Brussels Airport Company is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to help shape a strong, values-driven organizational culture where every colleague feels engaged and can give their best.
Within the People & Communication department, you will work on initiatives that enhance inclusion, collaboration, and engagement. You will translate Brussels Airport Company’s culture and D&I ambitions into concrete actions that have an impact across the entire organization.
What you will achieve with us:
As D&I Manager, you are responsible for developing and embedding a company-wide culture and inclusion strategy. You will work closely with HR, leadership, and various business teams to integrate an inclusive mindset and behavior into day-to-day operations.
- Analyze the current organizational culture and D&I situation: map out our culture and D&I context using data and employee insights to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop and drive a company-wide culture strategy with D&I at its core: translate our values and ambitions into a clear, measurable strategy where diversity and inclusion are central
- Translate culture and D&I ambitions into actionable plans: develop and coordinate initiatives that strengthen inclusive mindsets, collaboration, and values-driven behaviors within teams and departments
- Embed a strong, values-driven culture across the organization: foster a work environment where colleagues feel valued, respected, and engaged, and help integrate inclusive behaviors into leadership and daily collaboration
- Align and accelerate culture and D&I initiatives across departments: collaborate with HR, leaders, and teams to streamline initiatives and ensure a consistent approach
- Track progress, measure impact, and report: define KPIs, monitor initiative outcomes, and report to management to support impact assessment and further development
- Ensure compliance and integrate inclusive practices into processes: guarantee adherence to Belgian and European non-discrimination regulations and embed inclusive principles in HR processes
What sets you apart:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience
- At least 15 years of experience in HR, organizational development, culture transformation, or Diversity & Inclusion
- Experience in developing and implementing company-wide culture or D&I strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data, employee insights, and KPI tracking
- A skilled influencer and change driver, able to connect and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and experience guiding leaders and teams
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
