Your mission 
 

As Marketing Manager Cargo & Real Estate, you play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand and commercial growth. You act as the primary link between various stakeholders, ensuring that marketing plans are effectively aligned with customer needs and business objectives. 

You contribute with the Corporate Branding Manager to position Brussels Airport as a leading logistics and real estate hub by creating connections between brand and clients.  

You drive brand engagement, foster consumer loyalty, and craft compelling campaigns that elevate our brand to new heights. If you have a deep understanding of consumer needs and a passion for storytelling. You report to the Head of Marketing.  

Your areas of responsibilities
 

Strategic marketing planning: 

  • Manage and optimize the marketing strategy for both departments Cargo & Real Estate to drive brand and commercial growth 
  • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan with a strong go-to-market strategy that boosts our visibility 
  • Starting from the strategic brand positioning you develop strong marketing roadmap aligned with our business ambitions, in close collaboration with the involved teams  
     

Stakeholder management & Coordination: 

  • Act as the point of contact between Cargo & Real Estate, Brand, Internal & External Communication, and other project stakeholders
  • Align marketing plans and translate them into customer-oriented channels
  • Work closely with key industry players - airlines, logistics companies, and real estate investors - to craft campaigns that highlight the added value of our hub 
     

Customer and market-oriented thinking: 

  • Monitor continuously market trends and competitor activities and proactively respond to them 
  • Balance customer value and business value to provide customer-centric solutions 
     

Campaign development & Brand management: 

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Branding Manager to develop campaign briefings 
  • Ensure a consistent brand identity and translate corporate and brand objectives into compelling creative campaigns 
  • Create marketing plans aligned with our business objectives, focusing on differentiation and innovation
  • Develop and implement a tailored approach for the B2B market, ensuring every strategic action enhances the company's attractiveness and strengthens its market position
     

Budget management: 

  • Manage budgets and efficiently allocate marketing resources to maximize impact 
  • Optimize marketing resources and track key KPIs to maximize ROI, leveraging market data to refine strategies and enhance positioning
     

Your Profile 
 

  • Master’s degree in business with 10-15 years of strong marketing experience in a B2B environment, transportation, real estate or cargo aviation  
  • Excellent storytelling skills and ability to design branding and communication strategies tailored to professional audiences  
  • Project -and stakeholder management skills combined with cross functional leadership 
  • Knowledge of air transport market dynamics and ability to transform consumer insights into concrete and impactful actions 
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French
