To reinforce our People & Communication department, we are looking for an Organization Development & Change Manager.

Your mission

As Organization Development (OD) & Change Manager, you’ll be part of the HR Transformation & Organisation Development team. You will contribute to the realization of our company strategy and goals by playing a key role as HR’s change architect, designing and implementing a structured approach to change, and guiding people and organizational transformations. Your work will directly impact the growth and performance of our people, teams, and organization in a continuously evolving context.

You’ll respond to the needs and challenges of the business through impactful projects, continuous improvement, stakeholder support, and the development of change management toolkits. You’ll report to the Head of Transformation & Organisation Development.


Your areas of responsibility 
 

  • You help define the collective strategic priorities within the HR ecosystem to support our internal clients in achieving the BAC strategy
  •  As a change management expert, you develop an approach aligned with our project lifecycle and translate this into practical toolkits for anyone involved in change within projects
  • You guide enterprise-wide transformation projects that support our corporate strategy and values
  • You’re a strong facilitator, able to adapt to different audiences, and your extensive experience helps you navigate toward the best possible solutions
  • You use the power of storytelling to bring people along
  • Transformation is in your DNA. You know how to guide colleagues in making change tangible and real in the field
  • You equip leaders with the skills needed to implement change in a supported and effective way
  • You thrive on guiding both teams and individuals, coaching colleagues in their personal and professional growth
  • You build strong relationships and collaborate with colleagues from the business, communications, and other relevant stakeholders to deliver supported and efficient solutions

 

Your profile 
 

  • You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 8-10 years of experience in HR or consulting
  • You have expert knowledge of Change Management and excel at coaching both individuals and teams
  • You naturally follow trends and developments in change and facilitation techniques and assess how they could be applied in our context
  • You are hands-on, results-driven, and business-minded
  • You easily switch between conceptual/analytical thinking and practical problem-solving
  • You are a strong communicator and active listener, able to pick up business signals proactively and build trust with colleagues and managers
  • You know how to challenge, advise, and coach (senior) stakeholders with a mix of empathy, assertiveness, influence, and tact
  • You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch and French
