Are you ready to break status-quo and develop the future of our organization? As an Organization Development (OD) Manager, you are a strategic partner within the OD & Transformation team. You translate business priorities into impactful initiatives that strengthen our organisation, our people, our performance and our culture. Working closely with business leaders, you drive change, foster organizational progress and build a learning organization.

You’ll join a team that values collaboration, embraces continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of growth. Reporting directly to the Head of OD & Transformation, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping what’s next for BAC. 

 

Your impact

  • Act as a true team player, working collaboratively to deliver collective HR goals that shape our organizational culture and leadership style in line with BAC’s strategy.
  • Collaborate with leaders to design solutions that accelerate progress and align with business goals.
  • Lead and contribute to enterprise-level projects that support our corporate strategy and values.
  • Lead strategic change initiatives that foster agility resilience and engagement ensuring change is embedded on the ground through close collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience, and initiatives that strengthen engagement and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Actively collaborate with transversal HR and business teams (our ecosystems) to continuously improve talent and performance management cycles (e.g., development, career and succession planning, internal mobility, retention), while promoting practices that foster a learning organization and empower employees to grow.

 

What sets you apart

  • You hold a Master’s degree and bring 8–10 years of experience in Organization Development, HR, or consulting in HR or strategy.
  • Future-focused: you proactively stay ahead of trends and emerging practices across all areas of Organization Development and Transformation, such as culture, leadership, performance, talent, change management, and organizational design, and you actively seek opportunities to deepen and expand your expertise.
  • Change leadership: you have hands-on experience in project and change management and are comfortable working with agile methodologies.
  • Business orientation: you are results-driven, pragmatic, and business-minded.
  • Strategic thinking: you combine conceptual strength with creative problem-solving skills, acting as a trusted strategic partner and change agent.
  • Impactful communicator: you excel in communication and presentation at all levels of the organization.
  • Relationship builder: you listen actively, pick up signals from the business, and earn trust through credibility and collaboration.
  • Leadership partner: you challenge, advise, and coach senior leaders with a mix of listening skills, assertiveness, persuasion, and tact.
  • Language skills: you are fluent in English and have a good command of Dutch and French.
