To reinforce our Legal & Regulations department, we are looking for a Paralegal / Contracts Administrator.
Are you an organizational talent with a passion for legal processes? Do you have an eye for detail and love making sure everything runs smoothly? Then you might be our new Paralegal / Contracts Administrator!
Your area's of responsibilities:
As a Paralegal / Contracts Administrator, you’ll take the lead in managing the entire contract process for sales and/or purchase agreements. You’ll be the go-to person for contract creation and ensure everything is legally and administratively on track.
- You coordinate the full contract process from A to Z
- You gather and centralize input from colleagues and external partners and translate this into solid contracts (based on templates)
- You align easily with internal stakeholders (legal, sales, procurement...) and ensure clear communication and engagement
- You support contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
- You keep track of ongoing contracts and ensure timely signing
- You monitor KPIs, report insights, and suggest improvements
- You handle ad-hoc questions and contribute to contractual optimizations
- You help implement procedures related to contract management
Your profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice or equivalent through experience
- Some relevant experience or a highly motivated starter
- Experience with Icertis and/or DocuSign? Big plus!
- You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and a real connector
- You have a solid understanding of legal aspects and work with great attention to detail
- You speak Dutch fluently and have a good command of English and French
