Your mission
As Head of Organization Development & Transformation, you’ll be at the forefront of our people and culture evolution. You’ll lead the design, governance, and continuous refinement of our HR architecture and transformation roadmap, ensuring that our core people processes like performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning are not only strategically aligned but also future-proof and consistently applied across the business.
More than that: you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling organizational and cultural change, empowering our senior leaders and teams to evolve how we work towards a more collaborative and future-ready company. You’ll shape mindsets and behaviours, challenge the status quo, and bring thought leadership on everything from organizational structure and governance, process improvement, strategic workforce planning and change readiness.
What you’ll do
Lead the transformation journey
- Partner with our Chiefs and senior leaders to steer the transformation roadmap, from vision to implementation. You’ll provide guidance and challenge on key people decisions, monitor progress, and ensure transformation initiatives land with impact
- You’ll help embed transformation principles throughout the business, ensuring strategic change is coherent and aligned with our long-term ambitions, while celebrating progress along the way
Design the organization of the future
- Act as a strategic advisor on organization design, effectiveness, and governance
- Bring insight into evolving leadership expectations, workforce trends, and capabilities to shape future-ready structures
- Support cultural alignment and leadership development as part of broader transformation goals, ensuring our organization evolves with purpose and clarity
Build strategic HR frameworks
- Lead the development of integrated, forward-looking HR frameworks, policies, and methodologies that serve both strategic alignment and operational excellence
- Enable our HR Centres of Expertise and Business Partners to deliver consistent, scalable solutions that enhance employee experience and business performance
- Translate internal needs and external trends into actionable, future-focused HR architecture
Inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Lead and grow a team of Organization Development Project Managers who are passionate about impact and transformation
- Create a collaborative, high-trust culture focused on delivery excellence and continuous learning
- Enable the HR ecosystem to equip leaders and managers
- Ensure clear prioritization and governance across the OD portfolio from policy development to scenario planning and transformation enablement
What you bring
- A strategic mindset with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in organizational development and change, change leadership, and HR architecture
- Proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders and driving complex transformational change programs
- A passion for people, purpose, and progress and the ability to turn ideas into reality
- Experience leading and developing a team in a dynamic environment
- You combine analytical thinking with emotional intelligence, structure with adaptability, and vision with execution
