What you’ll accomplish with us:
The Process Manager Governance is responsible for strategically and tactically organizing ICT processes within the airport.
The goal is to make the ICT organization predictable, high-quality, and transparent while maintaining flexibility. This supports aligning ICT with the strategic business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Organization and steering of strategic governance bodies:
- Coordinate five strategic ICT governance structures.
- Ensure effective decision-making within these structures.
Balanced Scorecard management:
- Translate strategic ICT objectives into measurable parameters.
- Monitor and report on performance based on these parameters.
Structures and processes:
- Design and maintain processes, relationships, and responsibilities within the ICT organization.
- Meet expectations from the organization and external stakeholders.
Strategic advice and support:
- Advise the CDO and leadership on strategic and organizational challenges.
- Contribute to the development of ICT strategies aligned with business goals.
Coaching and employee support:
- Improve collaboration between ICT staff and colleagues in other departments.
- Guide external resources and develop process management competencies.
People management:
- Lead a team of process managers (1-5 direct reports).
- Take ultimate responsibility for evaluation processes and team development.
Financial responsibility:
- Manage an annual budget for improvement initiatives within ICT Governance.
What sets you apart:
- Education: Master's degree in ICT or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience, including leadership experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of process and project management, frameworks such as ITIL and Cobit, and IT auditing.
- Leadership in organization, change management, and team building.
- Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of airport operations and strategy and ICT’s role within it.
