As a Service Manager – Access & Identification, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM tools (badges, parking, control posts, etc.), ensuring secure and seamless access to our airport infrastructure and applications.


YOUR IMPACT

  • Define the roadmap for access and identification management based on business needs.
  • Oversee daily operations (RUN) for both physical and logical access.
  • Lead service management by monitoring performance, optimizing solutions, and managing budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement, keeping up with market trends and technological advancements.
  • Implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader ICT and business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

 

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • 5+ years of experience in access management, ICT service management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive change and optimize operations.
  • Experience in project management, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, from technical teams to management.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of English.
  • Experience with SailPoint - IdentityNow is a plus.
